Hold a PhD degree or be expected to obtain a PhD before the fellowship starts.
Have earned their PhD from a Danish, Greenlandic, or Faroese research institution.
Not have been affiliated with an international research institution outside Denmark, Greenland, or the Faroe Islands for more than 12 months since obtaining their PhD.
Have obtained their PhD within the last three years (extensions allowed for parental leave, illness, etc.).
Demonstrate a strong connection to Danish, Greenlandic, or Faroese research through employment, personal ties, or intent to return after the fellowship.
Not already be affiliated with the international host institution at the time of application.
Be willing to reside in the country of the international host institution for the duration of the fellowship.
