Must be enrolled in a degree-awarding course at the BTS, DUT, Bac+3 (Bachelor), or Bac+5 (Master) level in a higher education institution in the Grand-Est region.
Must be studying or completing an internship abroad that is validated by their degree program.
French nationals and international students enrolled in Grand-Est institutions can apply, applicants must not be studying or interning in their country of origin.
Applicants must be aged up to 29 and not enrolled in campuses in Paris or Rouen.
The scholarship is not available for international students studying or interning in their country of origin.
Students should be receiving less than €700 per month in remuneration or training allowances.
Students must also pay rent while abroad for the duration of their mobility period.
