Essential Qualifications and Requirements

- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Finance major). Advanced professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA, ACCA) are a significant competitive advantage.
- Work Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of practical experience in finance and accounting, with proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role. Experience in the UAE or GCC market is an additional advantage.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in accounting and finance software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English. Ability to work under pressure and meet challenges.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and familiarity with UAE tax laws.
