Overview

Jouf University is located in Jouf region in the north-western part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is currently the only university serving the region. University is striving to promote knowledge and human capital development in areas of strategic importance to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the Jouf region university is providing the students with the knowledge, skills and motivation to understand and address the goals of regional development, country needs for advanced planed visions including empowering and mobilising young people. Tuition is completely free and financial support is also available for Saudi and international students. The medium of instruction in undergraduate programs is mostly English for medical colleges including Medical, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Nursing and Applied health sciences and engineering colleges while Arabic for other subjects like law, Islamic studies and sharia. English language support is provided at all the levels by the Languages department of university. The university is located in a large modern state of the art campus and is equipped with the latest instructional technology.
