Job Description

As an AI Evaluation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive evaluation strategies for large language models. You will work closely with AI development teams to ensure model accuracy, reliability, and optimal performance. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing rigorous evaluation benchmarks for large language models
• Designing test datasets to assess model performance across various scenarios
• Analyzing evaluation results and providing actionable recommendations for model improvement
• Collaborating with machine learning engineers to enhance model performance based on evaluation findings
• Systematically documenting evaluation processes and results
• Staying current with the latest research in AI evaluation methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI or machine learning
• Hands-on experience evaluating large language models (LLMs) such as GPT and BERT
• Proficiency in programming languages including Python and SQL
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and statistics
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI evaluation tools such as Hugging Face and LangChain
• Knowledge of frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience working with large databases and data analysis
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
