Job Description
As a Service Engineer, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and repairing various equipment and machinery according to technical standards.
- Providing technical support to clients and ensuring their full satisfaction with the services provided.
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out necessary repairs in a timely manner.
- Preparing periodic technical reports on equipment condition and maintenance work performed.
- Coordinating with the team to ensure efficient operations.
- Adhering to occupational health and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in equipment and machinery maintenance.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Valid driving license (preferred).
