Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional leader for the position of Managing Director - Strategic & Government Communications in the United Arab Emirates. This senior leadership role requires a visionary professional with deep strategic insight and the ability to build effective communication bridges between the private sector and government entities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing corporate communication strategies that enhance organizational reputation and build strong relationships with decision-makers. The role demands extensive experience in media crisis management, strategic communication campaign planning, and a deep understanding of the regulatory and governmental environment in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corporate and government communication strategies
- Build and manage relationships with government entities and regulatory bodies
- Lead the communications team to achieve organizational strategic objectives
- Manage organizational reputation and handle media crises
- Oversee preparation of reports and presentations for senior officials
- Analyze media and political landscape and provide strategic recommendations

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in strategic and government communications
- At least 8 years of leadership experience in senior management positions
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Full proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
