HURMOZ RECRUITMENT CO is pleased to announce a job vacancy in Sohar, Oman. We are looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of Front Desk / Operations Executive. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle clients professionally and efficiently.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily front desk operations and supporting the organization's operational tasks. Duties include welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, managing appointment schedules, and coordinating administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate departments
- Answer phone and email inquiries in a professional manner
- Manage bookings, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Support the operations team in daily tasks
- Maintain administrative records and filing systems
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure operational efficiency
- Provide regular reports on workflow status
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in front desk or operations (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Pleasant and professional demeanor
- Residency in Oman or ability to relocate to Sohar
