Job Description

GFCL EV PRODUCTS LIMITED, a leading manufacturer of electric vehicle products, is seeking a highly qualified Sr. Executive / Manager - Billing & Taxation to join its team in Salalah, Oman.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all billing and taxation operations within the company, ensuring full compliance with local and international tax laws and regulations. This role is critical to ensuring smooth financial flow and transparency in the company's business transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and issuance of invoices to customers and suppliers accurately and on time.
• Manage all aspects of tax compliance, including Value Added Tax (VAT) and other relevant taxes.
• Review and audit invoices and financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
• Coordinate with other departments (Procurement, Sales, Finance) to ensure billing processes align with business operations.
• Prepare periodic tax reports and submit them to the relevant authorities.
• Monitor updates in tax legislation and provide appropriate recommendations to management.
• Resolve any billing or tax-related disputes or inquiries with clients or suppliers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in billing and taxation, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws in Oman and the region.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
