Job Description
As the Branch Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, ensuring the achievement of sales and revenue targets, managing the team, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Team Leadership & Management: Directing and motivating employees to achieve maximum productivity and outstanding performance.
- Sales Target Achievement: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet set goals and increase market share.
- Daily Operations Management: Overseeing all operational activities of the branch, including inventory, logistics, and customer service.
- Reporting & Analysis: Preparing periodic reports on branch performance and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Communication with Senior Management: Coordinating with senior management to ensure branch objectives align with the overall company strategy.
- Business Development: Identifying new opportunities for growth and expanding the customer base in the Sohar area and beyond.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in management, preferably in a similar role as a Branch Manager.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent command of both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial and operational data and make data-driven decisions.
- Flexibility: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Omani market and the Sohar region is preferred.
