Job Description
As a Data Analyst and Power BI Specialist at TestCrew, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Analyzing large datasets to extract trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Collaborating with various teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand data needs.
- Cleaning, transforming, and modeling data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Providing data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Automating periodic reporting processes.
- Training end-users on using dashboards and reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and using Power BI.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Knowledge of other data analysis tools such as Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Pivot).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate certification is a strong advantage.
