Key Responsibilities
- Improve and develop production processes in refineries and processing units
- Monitor and analyze process performance and provide recommendations for efficiency improvement
- Design and implement technical feasibility studies for new projects
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Prepare technical reports and necessary engineering documentation
- Participate in operational problem analysis and develop innovative solutions
- Contribute to implementing best practices in chemical engineering
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in process engineering
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of engineering simulation software such as Aspen HYSYS or equivalent
- Deep understanding of industrial safety standards (OSHA, API)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
