Job Description

As an MEP Site Manager, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing all activities related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems at the project site. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and coordinating on-site teams to ensure work is executed according to schedules and technical standards.
• Supervising the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Ensuring compliance with local and international safety and quality standards.
• Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure availability of materials and equipment.
• Preparing periodic progress reports and project status updates for senior management.
• Resolving technical and engineering issues that may arise during execution phases.
• Reviewing engineering drawings and designs to ensure alignment with project requirements.

Required Qualifications

To apply for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in MEP project management, preferably in the UAE or Gulf region.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage multicultural teams.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or LEED are highly desirable.
