Job Description
As a QHSE Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems in accordance with international standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the implementation of ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), and ISO 14001 (Environmental) standards.
- Conducting internal and external audits to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Performing risk assessments and developing emergency response plans.
- Training employees on safety and quality best practices.
- Preparing performance reports and safety/quality statistics.
- Liaising with regulatory authorities to ensure full compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil) or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in QHSE, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO Lead Auditor (9001/45001/14001).
- Skills: Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking), strong leadership skills, data analysis, and decision-making abilities.
