Job Description
Qiddiya Investment Company, one of the leading real estate and entertainment development companies in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly skilled Leadership Development Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership development programs aimed at building the leadership capabilities of emerging talents within the company.
The specialist will work closely with the HR team and senior management to ensure that leadership initiatives align with the company's strategy and long-term objectives. Key responsibilities include analyzing training needs, designing curricula, coordinating workshops, and evaluating program effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative leadership development programs that meet the company's needs.
- Implement leadership talent development initiatives for employees at various levels.
- Collaborate with different departments to identify gaps in leadership skills.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through data collection and result analysis.
- Provide periodic reports to management on program progress and impact.
- Oversee the budget for leadership development programs and ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in leadership development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in leadership development or training and development.
- Strong knowledge of leadership development tools and models (e.g., 360-degree feedback, individual development plans).
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
- Professional certifications in training or leadership development (e.g., CIPD, ATD) are a plus.
