Job Description

As an Echo Technician, you will be responsible for performing high-quality echocardiograms and assisting physicians in diagnosing cardiac conditions. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE), stress echocardiograms, and other related cardiac imaging procedures.
• Preparing patients for examinations, explaining procedures, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Operating and maintaining echocardiography equipment, troubleshooting technical issues as needed.
• Accurately documenting and archiving echocardiographic images and reports in the electronic medical records system.
• Collaborating with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostic information.
• Adhering to infection control protocols and patient safety standards at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Echocardiography, Cardiovascular Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience as an Echo Technician, preferably in a hospital or large medical center setting.
• Professional certification in echocardiography (e.g., ARDMS, CCI, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care.
