Job Description and Key Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant at HVQ Holding will play a pivotal role in supporting senior management and executives, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the office. The core responsibilities will include:
- Administrative and Organizational Support: Managing complex schedules for executives, organizing meetings, coordinating appointments, and arranging travel and accommodation. This also involves preparing, organizing, and managing important documents, presentations, and reports.

Qualifications and Key Requirements
To be eligible for this position, you should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Work Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a holding company, financial institution, or a fast-paced business environment.
- Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of office management systems and electronic calendars.
