Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate for this managerial role will be pivotal in leading and managing one of Azadea Group's food and beverage outlets. • Leadership & Development: Effectively leading, guiding, and motivating the store team to achieve performance targets. Contributing to team skill development through ongoing training and coaching.
• Operations Management: Overseeing all day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, cost control, and ensuring compliance with local and international health, safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP).
• Customer Experience: Guaranteeing an exceptional guest experience by monitoring food and beverage quality, service speed, and positive team interactions.
• Financial Performance: Contributing to the store's financial objectives, including driving sales growth, controlling operational expenses, and improving profitability.
• Standards & Compliance: Maintaining the brand's image and reputation by ensuring all visual and operational standards set by management are implemented. Ensuring full compliance with local regulations and laws in Kuwait.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of practical experience in a managerial role (as Store Manager or Assistant Manager) within the Food & Beverage sector (restaurants, cafes, quick-service food). • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team towards common goals.
