Job Description
The Facility Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all facilities. Key duties include overseeing routine and emergency maintenance, managing service contracts, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards. The Facility Manager also handles the operational budget for facilities and submits regular reports to senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in facility management or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Skills:

- Capacity to manage and coordinate multiple teams.
