Job Description

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the firm. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and administrative staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing the company's strategic and operational plans.
• Overseeing the management of architectural and engineering projects from inception to delivery.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
• Managing the company's budget and ensuring financial targets are met.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing the team to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Monitoring industry trends to ensure the firm remains competitive and innovative.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (General Manager or equivalent) within an engineering or architectural firm.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration (Master's degree is highly preferred).
• Skills:
