Qualifications and Core Requirements
To be a successful candidate for this leadership role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Academic Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Specialized certifications in customer service or hotel management are a strong advantage.
- Practical Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar leadership role (Chief Guest Relations Officer, Front Office Manager, or Guest Relations Manager).
