- Ensuring full compliance with all health and safety regulations, particularly regarding the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Preparing daily reports on work progress, incidents, or any notable observations for the department head.
Required Qualifications and Skills
To be a successful candidate for this position, you should meet the following criteria:
- Work Experience: Proven previous experience of at least 2-3 years in hotel housekeeping operations, with preference given to those with supervisory or team lead experience.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of hotel cleaning procedures, proper use of cleaning chemicals, and health & safety standards.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate, guide, and manage a team, handling task delegation and quality control under time pressure.
- Organizational Skills: High level of attention to detail, organization, and efficiency in task management and quality assurance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in Arabic (native language). Basic knowledge of the English language is a significant advantage.
- Personal Attributes: The candidate must possess a team-oriented spirit, reliability, and flexibility to work during weekdays, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
- Educational Qualification: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Preference will be given to candidates with additional training in supervision or hotel/hospitality management.
