  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of commercial law, contract law, energy regulatory law, and corporate law. Knowledge of the Omani business environment and legal framework is essential.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead complex assignments, guide teams (or work independently with a high degree of responsibility), and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Personal Skills: Strategic thinking, excellent analytical and investigative skills, ability to work under pressure, and high professional integrity.
