Job Description

Jobs Ai is hiring an experienced LLM Engineer to work remotely from the United Arab Emirates. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about developing and deploying state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and advancing the field of Natural Language Processing (NLP).

As an LLM Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge large language models, optimizing their performance, and integrating them into real-world applications. You will collaborate with a team of researchers and developers to push the boundaries of generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop large language models (LLMs) using frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Fine-tune pre-trained models on domain-specific datasets to improve task performance.
• Optimize model efficiency in terms of inference speed and resource consumption (e.g., quantization, pruning).
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines for text data preprocessing and augmentation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research in NLP and LLMs, and implement novel techniques.
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate models into scalable services and APIs.
• Write clear technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in deep learning and natural language processing.
• Strong proficiency in Python and its ecosystem (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
• Deep understanding of Transformer architecture and attention mechanisms.
• Experience with pre-trained models such as GPT, BERT, T5, or LLaMA.
• Knowledge of model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning, distillation).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
