Job Description

As a QA/HSE Engineer at Tawteen, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality and safety management systems. You will ensure that all operations and activities comply with local and international standards, and promote a strong safety culture in the workplace. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and updating quality and safety policies and procedures.
• Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
• Analyzing risks and developing mitigation plans.
• Investigating incidents and injuries and providing preventive recommendations.
• Training employees on safety and quality practices.
• Preparing periodic reports on safety and quality performance.
• Monitoring relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance and occupational safety.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 45001.
• Strong knowledge of international quality and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
