• Professional Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in facilities, infrastructure, or operations management, with a progressive career path into leadership roles. • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate large, diverse teams, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
