Job Description and Key Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator will be stationed at the Abu Dhabi office and will be responsible for providing vital administrative and coordinative support to ensure smooth and efficient project operations. Key duties and responsibilities are expected to include:
- Coordination and Logistical Support: Coordinating project timelines, arranging meetings, and preparing minutes and periodic reports.
- Communication Management: Acting as a central point of contact between project managers, technical teams, clients, and vendors, ensuring accurate and timely flow of information.
- Document Follow-up: Assisting in the preparation, organization, and review of technical documents, contracts, and quotations, ensuring files are complete and compliant with required standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills
To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering Management, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Proven work experience of at least 2-3 years in a similar role (Project Coordinator, Project Administrative Assistant) within a fast-paced professional environment. Experience in engineering, construction, or consultancy sectors is a strong advantage.
- Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of project management systems (e.g., MS Project) is a plus.
