  • Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a specialization in Materials Science and Engineering, or in a related field such as Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Civil Engineering, with strong materials-focused experience.
  • Work Experience: Proven practical experience in the field of materials engineering. Previous experience in construction, industrial, or oil and gas projects in the Gulf region, particularly in Kuwait, is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of the properties and applications of engineering materials, and a strong understanding of international testing standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO). Proficiency in using relevant engineering analysis and design software.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical abilities, strong attention to detail, and proficient written and verbal communication and reporting skills in both Arabic and English. Ability to work within a team and in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Professional Certifications: Additional professional certifications (e.g., certification as a Chartered Engineer from a relevant authority in Kuwait) are a strong advantage.
