Job Description
The MEP Engineer will hold a pivotal technical position within the company's team. The focus will be on providing specialized engineering support for air conditioning and refrigeration projects, spanning from initial design through execution to maintenance. The engineer is expected to undertake the following responsibilities:

Requirements and Qualifications
AWAL A.C & REFRIGERATION WORKSHOP is seeking highly qualified candidates with the necessary practical experience. The essential qualifications include:
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a directly related MEP field.
- Experience: Proven practical experience of at least 3 to 5 years in MEP engineering, with a preference for experience in the HVAC/R sector or within a technical workshop environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of HVAC/R principles and systems, related electrical systems, and building regulations in the Gulf region.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work within a team, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and problem-solving capabilities under pressure.
- Other: Prior knowledge of the Bahraini and Gulf market is preferred. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Arabic will be a strong advantage.
