Job Description & Key Responsibilities
The successful consultant will occupy a pivotal role within the client's IT or HR team, serving as the primary authority for the Oracle Fusion HCM system. Core responsibilities include:
- Implementation & Configuration: Leading or actively participating in projects to implement, configure, and set up various Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Learning.
- Support & Maintenance: Providing ongoing technical and functional support to end-users, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring system stability and performance.
- Development & Customization: Working on system customization and extensions to meet the client's specific business requirements, which may include developing advanced reports, integration interfaces, or automated processes.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer: Training users on new features and best practices for system utilization, and creating clear support documentation.
- Updates & Upgrades: Participating in the planning, testing, and application of periodic system updates and upgrades.
- Collaboration: Working closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams internally, as well as with external vendors or consultants, to ensure business objectives are met.
Qualifications & Essential Requirements
To be a qualified candidate for this opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:
- Practical Experience: Proven hands-on experience of 3 to 5 years in Oracle Fusion HCM consulting or support. Experience in a consulting environment or within large corporations is highly preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep functional understanding of core Oracle Fusion HCM modules and features. Knowledge of related integration technologies (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs) will be a strong advantage.
- Certifications: Possession of Oracle-certified credentials in Fusion HCM (such as Oracle HCM Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist) is a significant and preferred asset.
