Job Description
As a Project Manager at Women First Jobs, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating various projects from initiation to completion. You will ensure project objectives are achieved within the specified timeline and budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining goals and timelines
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management
- Manage risks and resolve issues that may arise during project execution
- Ensure all team members adhere to quality standards and deadlines

Required Qualifications

- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken

- Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Jira
