Job Description & Key Responsibilities
The successful consultant will play a pivotal role in digital HR transformation projects. Their core responsibilities will center on understanding client requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions within the Oracle Fusion HCM environment. Day-to-day tasks will include:
- Implementation & Configuration: Leading or actively participating in the implementation phases of Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on Talent modules such as Performance Management, Career Development, Succession Planning, and Learning Management.
- Requirements Analysis: Working closely with HR stakeholders and employees to understand current talent management processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements through the system.
- Customization & Integration: Configuring the system to align with the organization's talent policies and procedures. Ensuring seamless integration of Talent modules with other HCM modules like Recruitment and Core HR.
- Support & Training: Providing post-implementation functional and technical support to end-users. Developing training materials and conducting training sessions to ensure effective system adoption by HR teams and managers.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical and functional issues that may arise during daily system use.
- Staying Current: Keeping abreast of the latest updates and features released by Oracle for Fusion HCM products and making recommendations for their adoption to enhance talent processes.
Qualifications & Essential Requirements
To be a suitable candidate for this opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience working as a consultant or functional analyst on Oracle Fusion HCM, with a strong focus on Talent Management modules.
- Implementation Experience: Involvement in the full implementation lifecycle of Oracle Fusion HCM Talent modules, from the planning phase through to deployment and support.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Configuration, Security, and data structures within Oracle HCM. Knowledge of setting up forms, checklists, and performance evaluations is essential.
