Job Description

As a Spa Assistant Manager, you will be part of the management team at one of Accor's luxury hotels or resorts. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Spa Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the highest quality standards. Key duties include:

• Supervising and training the spa team to ensure professional service delivery.
• Assisting in managing appointment schedules and bookings.
• Monitoring the quality of services and products used.
• Contributing to achieving revenue and sales targets.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Handling guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Supporting the implementation of marketing and promotional strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in spa management or luxury hospitality.
