Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of key tasks focused on producing high-quality visual content, including:

• Planning and preparing for photo and video shoots according to project requirements and defined objectives.
• Executing professional photography sessions in-studio or at various outdoor locations, expertly managing lighting, composition, and framing.
• Shooting and editing video content for commercials, events, interviews, and digital marketing materials.
• Managing and organizing technical photography/videography equipment (cameras, lenses, tripods, lighting systems, microphones) and ensuring their maintenance and constant readiness.
• Post-Production: Editing photos using software like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom, and editing videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro to add effects, graphics, and sound.
• Working closely with the marketing team, creative team, or directly with clients to understand their vision and translate it into visual reality.
• Adhering to delivery deadlines and ensuring all produced materials align with the required visual identity and professional standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Proven practical experience in professional photography and videography.
• Proficiency in using professional DSLR or Mirrorless cameras, lighting systems, and audio recording equipment.
• Advanced skills in using photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud suite).
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects and demonstrating creative and technical capabilities.
• The ability to work independently with efficient time management, as well as effectively within a team.
• A keen artistic eye for detail, framing, color, and visual storytelling.
• Flexibility to work outside regular office hours or on weekends when necessary to cover specific events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
