Job Description

  • Documentation & Archiving: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all procurement activities, purchase orders, contracts, and supplier correspondence to ensure transparency and ease of audit.
  • Internal Coordination: Act as a liaison between the procurement department and other departments (such as Finance, Warehousing, Projects) to ensure smooth flow of information and materials.

Requirements & Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: A university degree (Bachelor's) in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven work experience of at least 2-3 years in procurement administration or a similar administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
    • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for procurement is a strong advantage.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
    • Accuracy and attention to detail in document preparation and numerical handling.
    • Ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
