Quantitative Analyst - Bullion Trading
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantitative Analyst to join a Bullion Trading team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quantitative trading strategies, analyzing market data, and building predictive models to support trading decisions in the precious metals market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop advanced quantitative models for analyzing gold, silver, and other precious metals markets.
- Design and implement data-driven algorithmic trading strategies.
- Analyze historical and real-time data to identify profitable trading opportunities.
- Conduct backtesting of strategies and optimize their performance.
- Prepare periodic reports on portfolio performance and risk analysis.
- Collaborate with the trading team to provide actionable recommendations.
- Monitor global market trends and economic factors affecting bullion prices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quantitative analysis, preferably in commodities or precious metals markets.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or C++.
- Strong experience in data analysis using SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI).
- Deep understanding of pricing models and financial risk management.
- Excellent analytical and deductive skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.

- Previous experience in bullion or precious metals trading.
