Job Description and Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements and Qualifications
To be eligible for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Academic Qualification: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a recognized Nursing Diploma.
- Professional License: Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license from your country of origin.
- Work Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting. Experience in specialties such as ICU, Emergency, Surgical, or Medical wards is highly advantageous.
- Mandatory Requirement: Possession of or eligibility for the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license is a significant advantage. The company may provide support for the successful candidate to complete this process.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and listening skills, ability to work effectively under pressure, flexibility for shift work, and a strong commitment to professional ethics and patient confidentiality.
- Additional Requirements: Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential. Knowledge of the Arabic language is a strong plus.
