Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The successfully appointed Registered Nurses will be placed at a reputable healthcare facility in the capital city, Riyadh. Core professional responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct, safe, and effective nursing care to patients in accordance with the highest international and local standards.
  • Accurately monitoring, recording, and reporting patients' vital signs and any critical changes to the attending physician or senior nurse.
  • Administering medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed, following established protocols.
  • Assisting physicians with medical procedures and diagnostic tests.
  • Maintaining precise and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation.
  • Educating patients and their families on health conditions, care plans, and follow-up requirements.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with infection control protocols, safety policies, and hospital regulations.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team including doctors, specialists, and technicians.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

To be eligible for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Academic Qualification: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a recognized Nursing Diploma.
  • Professional License: Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license from your country of origin.
  • Work Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting. Experience in specialties such as ICU, Emergency, Surgical, or Medical wards is highly advantageous.
  • Mandatory Requirement: Possession of or eligibility for the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license is a significant advantage. The company may provide support for the successful candidate to complete this process.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and listening skills, ability to work effectively under pressure, flexibility for shift work, and a strong commitment to professional ethics and patient confidentiality.
  • Additional Requirements: Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential. Knowledge of the Arabic language is a strong plus.
