Job Overview
The Revenue Manager will hold a pivotal role within the management team, serving as the primary authority for developing and executing revenue management strategies to maximize profitability and occupancy. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual, monthly, and weekly revenue management strategies for the hotel.

- Manage dynamic pricing for rooms and related services to optimize Average Daily Rate (ADR) and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR).
- Prepare accurate short-term and long-term occupancy and revenue forecasts.
- Manage and distribute inventory across all distribution channels (direct channels, online booking sites, global distribution systems, etc.) for optimal performance.
- Lead daily and weekly revenue strategy meetings and present clear reports and analyses to senior management.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales campaigns from an ROI perspective.
- Ensure compliance with Hyatt's global revenue management standards and policies.
- Train and guide the sales and marketing team on revenue management best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Tourism & Hospitality, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a revenue management role within a 5-star hotel or international hotel group. Experience in the Saudi or GCC market is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Revenue Management Systems (RMS) and Central Reservation Systems (CRS) such as Opera, Duetto, IDeaS, or similar.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable plans.
- In-depth knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS), Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and e-commerce strategies.
- Proven ability to lead and work within a cross-functional team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
- A proactive, leadership-oriented personality capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
