Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The Electrical Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving and growing the company's portfolio of electrical products and solutions. Acting as a vital bridge between the company's technical capabilities and market customer needs, the role focuses on delivering superior value and building long-term relationships.

Core responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve financial targets for the electrical products/solutions segment.
• Identifying new business opportunities, generating and converting leads into customers.
• Conducting in-depth customer consultations to understand their technical and operational requirements.
• Preparing and delivering compelling, tailored technical and commercial proposals, including product demonstrations.
• Providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support, working closely with engineering and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Staying abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and competitors in the electrical solutions market.
• Preparing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts for management.
• Representing the company at trade shows and industry events to promote brand awareness and build networks.

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Proven minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Sales Engineer or Applications Engineer within the electrical products/solutions domain (e.g., distribution systems, control gear, automation, electrical equipment).
• Strong understanding of electrical principles, standards, and their applications in industrial or commercial settings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and propose practical technical solutions.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.

The following qualifications will be a distinct advantage:

• Experience in the UAE or Gulf market.
