About the Role
The Senior Analyst will work within Gulf Air's IT department, responsible for managing, supporting, and maintaining Oracle Fusion systems. Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, executing upgrades, and troubleshooting issues to ensure business continuity.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion applications (Financials, SCM, HCM).
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of the ERP implementation lifecycle (planning, analysis, design, testing, deployment).
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Oracle BI or OTBI.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle certified professional (e.g., Oracle Cloud Certified).
- Previous experience in the aviation or logistics industry.
- Knowledge of project management tools like JIRA or MS Project.
- Experience with system integration using APIs or Middleware.
