Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior DocuSign Developer to join our client's team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing e-signature solutions using the DocuSign platform, as well as integrating it with the organization's existing systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom DocuSign solutions to meet business needs
• Integrate DocuSign with CRM, ERP, and other internal systems
• Manage and configure DocuSign settings including templates, permissions, and workflows
• Develop APIs using DocuSign eSignature REST API
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to DocuSign
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth solution implementation
• Document development and integration processes
• Provide technical support and training to end users when needed

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in DocuSign development
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong experience with DocuSign eSignature REST API
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python
  • Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs
  • Knowledge of database management systems (SQL/NoSQL)
  • Good understanding of workflows and process automation
  • Experience with DevOps tools like Git and CI/CD
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
