Job Description

As an Engineering Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing engineering teams and managing complex technical projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of engineers across various disciplines.
• Developing and implementing engineering strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Overseeing the design and execution of engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards (local and international).
• Managing project budgets and timelines, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Collaborating with other departments such as procurement, finance, and marketing.
• Providing regular reports to senior management on project progress and engineering performance.
• Solving complex technical problems and making critical engineering decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field). A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale engineering projects, especially in the energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of quality and safety standards such as ISO and OSHA.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken). Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a strong advantage.
