Job Description
As a Senior Design Engineer for Transformers, the candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing and developing electrical transformers according to technical specifications and international quality standards.
- Performing engineering calculations and analyses to ensure transformer performance.
- Using specialized engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or transformer design tools).
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize designs and reduce costs.
- Reviewing engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Participating in transformer testing and ensuring compliance with standards.
- Providing technical support to production and sales teams.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in transformer design.
- Proficiency in engineering design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of international quality standards such as IEC and IEEE.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage projects.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Experience with dry-type or oil-immersed transformers is preferred.
