Job Overview

Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technicians are vital to ensuring the operational comfort, safety, and energy efficiency of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings and facilities. SKY RIDGE UNITED INVEST LLC is looking for highly qualified individuals to perform installation, routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of complex central air conditioning systems.

Your core responsibilities will focus on maintaining optimal performance of HVAC systems, directly contributing to client satisfaction and minimizing equipment downtime.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on central AC units, heat pumps, ventilation systems, and split units.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose faults and issues within the electrical and mechanical systems of HVAC units using gauges and specialized equipment.
• Installation: Assist in the installation of new air conditioning systems in accordance with technical specifications and prevailing safety regulations.
• Performance Checking: Inspect and test system components such as compressors, condensers, sensors, and controls to ensure efficiency.
• Customer Service: Interact with clients professionally, explain technical issues in simple terms, and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to workplace safety protocols and all environmental regulations while handling refrigerants.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work, repairs, and parts used.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

To qualify for these roles, you should meet the following criteria:

For HVAC Technician:

1. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing central HVAC systems.
2. Practical knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical principles.
3. Ability to read simple schematics and technical drawings.
4. A valid driver's license is often required for mobility between job sites.
5. Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team.

For Senior HVAC Technician:

1. Proven experience of at least 7 years in the HVAC field, with experience in supervision or training.
2. In-depth knowledge of complex refrigeration systems, controls, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
3. Ability to diagnose complex faults and devise cost-effective solutions.
4. Leadership skills and the capability to guide less experienced technicians.
5. Professional certifications in refrigeration and air conditioning (e.g., refrigerant handling certificate) will be a significant advantage.
