Job Overview

The Senior Manager - Project Delivery (Residential) holds a critical leadership position, bearing full responsibility for the strategic planning and effective execution of integrated residential projects. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead and direct multidisciplinary teams (design, procurement, construction, quality, HSE) throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Provide direct oversight of all construction phases, from site preparation and foundation works through to final finishes and handover.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree or recognized professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CIOB) are a significant advantage.
• A minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in construction and infrastructure project management, with a strong focus on major residential projects (e.g., residential complexes, high-rise towers, integrated townships).
• Proven and substantial experience working within the UAE or wider GCC market, with in-depth knowledge of local regulations and construction procedures.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage large, complex teams.
• Deep understanding of all stages of real estate project development, from initial conception to final delivery.
• High proficiency in project management and planning software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
