Job Overview

The Senior Marketing Manager will hold a pivotal role within the management structure, responsible for leading, developing, and executing the comprehensive marketing strategy for the holding group and its subsidiaries. This role will focus on building and enhancing a unified brand identity, leading creative campaigns, and ensuring the achievement of growth and awareness targets in key markets. The manager will work closely with senior leadership teams and stakeholders to translate business objectives into effective and measurable marketing plans.

Key Expected Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and lead the implementation of a comprehensive, integrated strategic marketing plan aligned with the overall vision and goals of Estithmar Holding Group.
• Oversee all aspects of the group's brand, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all channels and subsidiary companies.
• Lead the marketing team (or collaborate with agencies) to plan and execute creative campaigns across traditional and digital channels (digital marketing, social media, PR, events).
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring a compelling return on investment (ROI) from all marketing activities.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, providing data-driven strategic recommendations.
• Measure and analyze campaign performance using appropriate tools and metrics, preparing regular performance reports for senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, agencies, and vendors.
• Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and best practices in the market, particularly within the context of the Gulf region.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) will be a strong advantage.
• Proven professional experience of at least 8-10 years in marketing, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role (Marketing Manager or equivalent).
• Previous experience working with holding companies or large, multi-sector groups is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of the business and marketing landscape in Qatar and the Gulf region in general.
• Excellent command of both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team towards goal achievement.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• High analytical ability to work with data and make strategic decisions.
• Creativity and strategic thinking coupled with the ability to execute plans on the ground.
