Job Description

Midis Group, a leading IT solutions provider in the Middle East and Africa, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Pre-Sales Consultant to join their team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to support enterprise clients during the pre-sales phase, delivering innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and design tailored technical solutions.
• Conduct needs analysis and propose comprehensive IT solutions (Hardware, Software, Services).
• Prepare and deliver technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and workshops for prospective clients.
• Write technical proposals (RFPs/RFQs) and respond to client technical inquiries.
• Support the sales team in closing deals by providing technical value and differentiation.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and market trends (Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Center, Networking).
• Work with key vendors (Cisco, Microsoft, Dell, HP, etc.) to build integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: 5–8 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, or Solutions Architecture.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions (Data Center, Virtualization, Storage).
  • Experience in networking and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player with a customer-centric mindset.
