Job Description

As a Senior Subcontracts Administrator at V2X, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all subcontract activities across various projects. Your role will involve overseeing the bidding process, negotiating terms and conditions, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations. You will work closely with procurement and project teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant contract delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of subcontracts from initiation to closeout.
• Develop, draft, and review contract terms and conditions.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in Kuwait.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and adherence to schedules.
• Prepare periodic reports for senior management on contract status.
• Identify contract-related risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or procurement, preferably in the services or construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and business practices in Kuwait.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems.
