Job Description
As a Cluster Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating group reservations across a cluster of AccorHotels properties in Saudi Arabia. You will work within a dynamic team to ensure a seamless experience for guests from booking to arrival. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming group reservation requests via phone, email, and booking systems.
- Coordinating with various hotel departments (e.g., housekeeping, front office, F&B) to ensure group needs are met.
- Providing accurate information on room rates, hotel facilities, and special offers.
- Maintaining accurate reservation records and ensuring the Property Management System (PMS) is up-to-date.
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving any booking-related issues efficiently and professionally.
- Contributing to revenue goals by upselling and maximizing occupancy.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of previous experience in hotel reservations or customer service, preferably with an international hotel chain.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of Arabic (native) and English (fluent spoken and written). Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, strong organizational skills, and a team player attitude.
- Education: A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage, but practical experience may substitute.
