Job Description
Abdulwahed Bin Shabib Investment Group LLC is seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead its Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) operations in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth strategies, expanding market share, and ensuring the achievement of the company's commercial and financial objectives in the Bahraini market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Manage and guide the local team to achieve peak performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts.
- Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare periodic reports for senior management on market performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales or operations management within the FMCG sector.
- Previous experience in a senior management role (Country Manager, General Manager, or equivalent).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
- Deep understanding of the GCC FMCG market, preferably Bahrain.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
